Total 12 years imprisonment imposed, by a vote of six to one, the Small Jury Court of Volos to one 52 years old a citizen of Albania and temporarily detained in prisons, for attempted murder with intent and attempted arson from which danger to man and foreign things arose.

According to the indictment, the 52-year-old today, a builder by profession, on December 29, 2022include me petrol her his ex-wife while she was getting out of her car with their 17-year-old son, in the pilot house of the apartment building where she lives, while she also poured gasoline on car threatening to burn it.

Fortunately the 17-year-old reacted coolly, holding his father backas a result of which the mother managed to leave and go to the police.

The perpetrator, a builder by profession, was previously accused of drug trafficking and has been banned from leaving the country.

In his plea the accused testified that he didn’t intend to to set fire to the woman with whom they had divorced, but would not let him see their child, as a result of which he overcome despair “festive days that were.”

His ex-wife, on the other hand, testified that the defendant approached her wearing a hood and gloves and holding two lighters, which caused her fear and concern for her life and that of her child.

The district attorney proposed to change the charge to attempted domestic harm and attempted aggravated damage to foreign property, but the Court stuck to the original charges and the sentence was long.
