The Prosecutor filed a murder lawsuit against the 69-year-old accused of killing his 79-year-old wife.
The 69-year-old was referred to the Investigator from where he asked and received a deadline to apologize.
So he will return to the investigating authorities next Thursday. He so far and according to information denies that he killed his wife. She claims that there was a quarrel between them, he hit her, but did not cause her death.
The 79-year-old American citizen was found dead on Sunday night when an EKAB ambulance was called to the apartment.
The rescuers, finding out the death of the elderly woman and seeing the bruises she brought, informed the police.
So the tangle began to unfold. The Security and Criminology Police, evaluating all the data that emerged from their investigation and the assessments of the Medical Examiner, led to the arrest of the 69-year-old.
The couple had not been involved with the authorities in the past but they allegedly had frequent quarrels.
The neighborhood is shocked by this development and they still find it hard to believe what happened and especially the tragic death of the 79-year-old who had come from America.
