The 31-year-old man who is accused of shooting outside an entertainment center in the area of Sfageia, in Thessaloniki, in the early hours of last Saturday, was deemed a temporary prisoner, after his apology to the 7th regular investigator of Thessaloniki, without any injuries being reported.

According to the case file, it seems that there had been an argument with employees of the center, when they did not allow him to enter.

In his plea, the accused allegedly denied the act of attempted murder attributed to him, claiming that he fired out of intimidation. He also complained that he was previously beaten by the employees.

Information indicates that he has been accused in the past of being involved in an organized crime case.

Two of his friends are also accused of the same case, who were released after they apologized to the same investigator.

This is a 41-year-old man, whom the indictment attributes to having helped him hide the weapon in a bushy location, and a 26-year-old man, in whose house the previous two found “shelter” after the incident. In this particular house, police officers found a pistol and a small amount of cannabis.
