By her decision of the General Assembly of the Hellenic Railways Organization (OSE SA)which is attended by the Minister of National Economy and Finance, Kostis Hatzidakis and the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Christos Staikourasrepresenting the Greek State, the sole shareholder of the company, appointed the following new members to the Board of Directors in OSE:

Yannos Grammatidis, Interim President,

Christina Vassilopoulou, Member,

Vassilis Giannakoulopoulos, Member,

Antigoni Papagelopoulou, Member,

Ioannis Petropoulos, Member.

“The overall restructuring of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Railways Organization aims to optimize the administrative function of the Organization and is part of the general effort to restructure the Greek railways.

The selection of persons to fill the positions of the new Board of Directors meets specific criteria that follow the principles of corporate governance, experience in positions of responsibility, auditing, as well as the gender quota.” it is pointed out in an announcement by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

Brief biographical details of the new members of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Railways Organization

Mr. Giannos Grammatidis is a lawyer, specializing in private and public international law. He is honorary President of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce and has many years of experience on the Boards of Directors of Banks and Chambers.

Ms. Christina Vassilopoulou is a lawyer, specialized in civil law, European and comparative law, with experience in corporate governance, business consulting and consumer protection.

Mr. Vassilis Giannakoulopoulos is an economist, chartered auditor – accountant, has many years of experience in the provision of audit services and risk assessment, as well as in business analysis and consulting.

Ms. Antigoni Papagelopoulou is a lawyer with experience in competition law, commercial law and matters related to compliance rules, while she has represented companies in multinational business environments.

Mr. Ioannis Petropoulos is an economist and strategic business consultant, with experience in the banking and financial industry, especially in the field of financing.
