From the police officers of the Police Departments of Achaia, Ilia, Akarnania and Aetolia six more people were arrested and formed in total ten cases for cases of domestic violence in Western Greece.

Particularly:

A) In Patras

1. Yesterday afternoon, a woman was arrested, following a complaint filed against her by her husband, because she slapped him in the face.

2. Early today, a foreigner was arrested, because he hit his partner in the face with his hands. The patient was escorted by police officers to her home.

3. A case was filed against a man, in Patras, who was reported by his sister, because he threatened and insulted her, violating restrictive conditions imposed on him by a court decision.

4. A case file was filed against a man, in Patras, who was reported by his ex-partner, because he threatened and insulted her.

5. A case file was filed against a woman, in Patras, who was reported by her estranged husband, because she verbally threatened him.

B) In Agios

6. A man was arrested, yesterday morning, in Aigios, because he abused and caused bodily harm to his mother, while at the same time he abused and hit his brother on the head with his hands.

C) In the area of ​​Pyrgos Ilias

7. A case file was filed by a suffering woman against a man (her ex-father-in-law) and a woman (her ex-husband’s sister), following a complaint she filed against them, for domestic bodily harm and domestic threat.

D) In ​​Agrinio

8. A man was arrested, yesterday afternoon, in Agrinio, for violating court decisions, because he entered his mother’s house, violating a decision of the Three-member Misdemeanor Court of Agrinio, by which restrictive conditions were imposed on him not to approach and communicate with the victim his mother, for domestic violence.

E) In Messolonghi

9. Yesterday morning, in Messolonghi, a man was arrested, following a complaint by his wife, for domestic violence, insults and threats.

The arrested were taken to the local prosecutors.
