The issue of the payment of community aid was also discussed, with Mr. Keletsis stressing that the money is expected to be credited to the accounts of the beneficiaries within Holy Week, according to the plan of the FSA.

They stood up to the issues that exist regarding the Measure 5.2which concerns the complete and free replacement of livestock but also the completely free reconstruction of stable facilities and restoration of equipment, with the competent deputy minister asking the Federation to submit its proposals.

Finally, the two sides referred to the issue of controls both in slice as well as in lambs during the current Easter period and the problems that exist from the lack of vets.

The breeders noted, among other things, that the immediate solution of the problems is the only way for the survival of the sector.

For his part, Mr. Keletsis emphasized that checks are continuing both on feta and on lambs.
