The authorities seem to be facing a new case of femicide, as the woman who was found stabbed in the abdomen on a main street in Menidi had reported her ex-partner three times for domestic violence.

According to secure information from skai.gr. the first complaint of the victim, originally from Albania, was made in 2013, and then a decision was issued that forbade her partner, also from Albania, to live in the house.

However, after five years the man returned.

In 2022, there was a second complaint about domestic violence and according to secure information from skai.gr, the third complaint was made on Holy Saturday.

In fact, the information states that the police officers suggested that she be transferred to a structure, but she had refused.

The woman had also taken the panic button, but unfortunately she did not activate it.

Her partner was on trial tomorrow for the complaint filed by the victim.

The victim was spotted by neighbors around 6 in the morning at the junction of Parnithos and Aristotelous streets.

Police immediately rushed to the scene, where they found her face down, fatally stabbed in the abdomen, while a knife was next to her.

The case has been taken over by the Homicide Department.

The scenario that the authorities are considering is that the perpetrator had set up a death plan for her and when he saw her, he killed her.
