The time for the apology has arrived for the 37-year-old confessed murderer of 11-year-old Vasiliki, as today he is expected to appear before the Ilias Investigator and apologize for the serious charges that have been brought against him by the Ilias Prosecutor.
The 37-year-old, who killed his niece last Sunday night, has been prosecuted for the offenses of manslaughter, attempted rape of a minor, abduction of a minor, armed robbery and carrying a firearm.

We remind you that last Tuesday the District Attorney of Ilia, Mr. Michaelos, went to the building of the Police Directorate of Ilia to prosecute the 37-year-old, as his transfer to the Pyrgos Courthouse was canceled due to the incidents that broke out, when relatives of the deceased girl and citizens they tried to assault the accused.

For this reason, and in view of the safe conduct of the interrogation, until last night it was still not known whether the apology process will take place at the Pyrgos Courthouse or whether the Investigator of Ilia and the Prosecutor of the First Instance of Ilia will go to the police headquarters , to avoid new tensions.

At the same time, it is worth noting that more than 20 lawyers of the Court of First Instance of Ilia who were appointed, have refused to appear in the main interrogation as defense attorneys for the perpetratorh, so it remains questionable whether he will apologize with or without a lawyer.
