Replacement of the restrictive conditions under which he was released with temporary detention for the lawyer Apostolos Lytras is being studied by the competent judicial authorities.
Already the victim of the savage beating, the wife of the well-known lawyer Sofia Polyzogopoulou filed a lawsuit against him for a threat, while lawsuits were also filed against the lawyer’s ex-wife who went to his house in Paiana accompanied by other persons to take Apostolos Lytra’s clothes as it already has a restrictive lease term.
However, the victim of the brutal attack sued him again for a threatening message, while the lawyer of Themis Sofos has already gone to the investigator requesting his temporary detention.
The new rapid developments are taking place in its wake challenging the initiative of the Supreme Court to check the investigator and the prosecutor who let the lawyer go free despite the severe abuse of his wife, while already yesterday the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court Georgia Adelini immediately requested the speeding up of the judicial proceedings.
