Apostolos Lytras has not violated any restrictive conditions, said the lawyer of the well-known criminologist, Petros Pantazis, speaking to SKAI.

Mr. Pantazis noted that specific restrictive conditions have been imposed, to relocate, not to approach the victim and to receive counseling support.

He added that Mr. Lytras had to take some clothes and personal belongings from his house, which is why there was communication with the patient, not by Mr. Lytras, as Mr. Pantazis said, for his daughter to go with her mother, ex-wife of the criminologist, to pick up the things.

“So they went after communicating with the victim via text messages in order to take the things. When they arrived, the panic button was activated, I don’t know why,” said Mr. Pantazis.

The two women went to get essentials for his living, he said and added that he does not understand why all this is happening.

“No threatening message has been sent by Mr. Lytra, this is certified. I don’t understand this nonsense. He has not violated any terms, he has not sent any message,” he added.

He added that he cannot know if anything was shared between the people in the house. “But what does Mr. Lytras have to do with it?” write down.

Asked if Mr. Lytras will appear voluntarily at the Pallini police stationreplied that if he is wanted, he will give his explanations.

What is important is that there is no breach of a restrictive covenant, concluded Mr. Pantazis.
