Ready raw kadaifi
Butter
Two couverture bars

Pistachios and sunflower oil or prepared pistachio cream.

Implementation

Cut the kadaifi strips into small pieces of one centimeter with a knife

In a pan over medium-low heat, melt about three tablespoons of butter, and fry in this kadaifi, stirring until golden

Remove from pan and set aside to cool

In a bain-marie, melt the couverture

Mix the Aegina peanut butter (if you make it yourself, puree the peanut in a food processor with a little sunflower oil) with the kadaifi until smooth

Spread half of the liquid chocolate in a mold and let it solidify

For the filling, spread the pistachio-kandaifi mixture evenly over the chocolate

Cover with the remaining melted chocolate, and place the mold in the fridge to set
