Regarding the new complaint by a 43-year-old trainee lawyer against a well-known criminal lawyer the press representative of the Hellenic Police, Constantia Demoglidou, spoke to on Tuesday morning.
As informed by Mrs. Dimoglidou, EL.AS. has been aware of the specific incident since April, when there was a complaint about the offense of insult. The victim himself stated that the complaint was investigated, as the alleged perpetrator was sought, but it was not possible to arrest him in the framework of the autoforos, with the case file having been forwarded to the competent Prosecutor.
The investigative procedures are ongoing, and with the information so far, the 43-year-old refused to undergo a forensic examination to determine signs of beating.
So far no charges have been brought, while for her part the wife of the well-known lawyer speaks of slander. In any case, Mrs. Dimoglidou pointed out, it is possible that after the case file was handed over, additional evidence was presented to confirm the crime of beating in a second year.
