Materials you will need
-1 ready-made pizza dough (you can find it in supermarkets or bakeries)
-Tomato sauce
-1-2 cups of grated mozzarella
-1/2 cup grated parmesan
– Cold meats of your choice (e.g. pepperoni, ham, bacon)
-Vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, mushrooms, onions)
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-Oregano and basil to taste
-Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheating the Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Make sure the oven is well heated before placing the pizza.
Preparing the Dough: If you are using ready-made dough, unwrap it and place it on a pizza pan or a large baking pan. If the dough is frozen, follow the thawing instructions on the package.
Ingredients: Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1cm margin around the edges. Then sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan over the sauce. Use more or less cheese depending on your preference. Then add the meats and vegetables you want. You can use what you have in your fridge or experiment with different combinations. Continue with the olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt and pepper for extra flavor.
Baking: Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting it into pieces. And have fun!
