Hundreds of rescuers have developed in Central Texas and fighting with time looking for survivors after sudden floods that killed at least 50 people, including 43 in Kerr and three in Bernet county. There are 15 children among the victims.

“The work continues and will continue until everyone is found,” Larry Leitha, sheriff of County Ker.

As investigations continue for a second night, county officials said that 27 children are ignored From a Christian camp of young people located along the river.

Much of the rescue has focused on a large Christian summer camp of girls called Camp Mystic, located along the banks of the Guadeloupi River.
