Ford Performance unveils new Ford Raptor T1+ designed in collaboration with M-Sport for the Dakar Rally
Ford is showcasing its best in both electrification and thermal powertrain technologies through a host of future icon models making their debut at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The new all-electric Ford Capri – a legend that has returned for the era of all-electric cars with sports car-like acceleration and expressive design – made its dynamic world debut at the famous Goodwood Hillclimb.
The Mustang GTD – the most sophisticated and daring Mustang ever – reveals its capabilities to the public for the first time, while the ground-breaking electric Ford SuperVan 4.2 shows its teeth in the Hillclimb Shootout.
One of the public’s best-loved cars is also returning to Goodwood. The reason for the Ford M-Sport Puma Hybrid Rally1, which is currently competing in the 2024 World Rally Championship.

By reducing the number of STARD UHP 6-phase motors from four to three and using STARD’s NMC Li-Polymer Ultra High Performance cells, the van achieves an improved power-to-weight ratio while maintaining the four-wheel drive system that now consists of a motor that feeds the front axle and two for the rear. With over 2,000 PS at its disposal, the SuperVan 4.2 can unleash its full potential and utilize the battery’s upgraded 600 kW regenerative power capability for optimal energy exploitation.
Ford Performance and STARD equipped the SuperVan 4.2 with a revised regenerative braking system with carbon ceramic disc brakes. The vehicle also features forged magnesium wheels.
