As can be seen in the video, Meloni, while waiting for the arrival of the American president and while talking with the president of Finland, Alexander Stubb, suddenly turns her eyes upwards and changes her mind, pretending to be looking at a watch, which she is not wearing.

A third person, who was listening to their conversation, then took out his mobile phone to find that the time had passed and Meloni rolled her eyes again, before realizing that the cameras were on her.
Biden and Stoltenberg finally opened the session with a significant delay as the US president left the White House nearly 20 minutes after the event was scheduled to begin.
