Starting this Monday (15), the Outback restaurant franchise will have a new burger that has Ruffles potato chips among its ingredients.

Ruffles wave burger, Outback’s new snack, stuffed with potato chips – Disclosure/ Outback
The Ruffles wave burger (R$59.90) comes with fries, although they can be ordered separately. Made with slices of brioche bread, the burger has 200g of meat and also has cheese sauce, red onion pickles, gratin cheese and a touch of sriracha pepper.
The potato, named ribs on the barbie in homage to the Australian barbecue, had already been launched by the two brands about a month ago.
Crispy at first, the chips can lose their consistency over the course of the meal, which may bother slower eaters, but they still taste great. They can also be ordered as a side dish, replacing the chain’s fries.
The new burger is also available for delivery. In this case, the fries always come separately in a container.
The burger chain has been investing in partnerships with other brands to create new products. Among the appetizers, one of the versions of breaded onions, the bloomin’ onion, was launched with Catupiry. As for desserts, for example, there is a brookie, a mix between a brownie and a cookie, created with Kit Kat.
