At arrest of a 16-year-old girl who attacked with a sharp object and injured a 19-year-old girl, outside the nightclub in the port of Piraeus, the Piraeus Security Sub-Directorate proceeded. In the context of the self-immolation, a 20-year-old citizen was also arrested, accused of complicity in the attempted murder committed by the 16-year-old.

In particular, a 16-year-old woman, accompanied by a 20-year-old man, were outside a nightclub when the 16-year-old attacked with a sharp object and hit the 19-year-old citizen, who was in the same place.

According to the police, the 20-year-old picked up the sharp object, which had fallen to the ground, and fled with the 16-year-old, leaving the victim injured.

The 19-year-old was transported by ambulance to a hospital, where she remains hospitalized.

Police officers tasked with the investigation, after a combined evaluation of information and evidence, identified and located the accused in the following hours.

In addition, the parent of the 16-year-old girl was arrested for the stay of her supervision.
