The Minister of Rural Development & Food proceeded with the publication of the pre-published call within the framework of intervention P3-73-1.2: “Improving Access to agricultural land and livestock holdings” of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Greece 2023-2027 (SS CAP 2023-2027) , Kostas Tsiaras, with the FSA, Dionysis Stamenitis and the competent Secretary General of Union Resources and Infrastructure of the Ministry of Rural Development & Food, Dimitris Od. Papagiannidis.

The action is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Greek State with a rate of 100%.

The total budget of the intervention amounts to €65,000,000.00.

Beneficiaries for the submission of the relevant proposals are the Municipalities of the Country. With the credits of the call, projects will be financed which concern the improvement of access to agricultural land or livestock holdings, are implemented in areas outside the plan, foresee cementing or asphalting, do not include costs related to usual maintenance interventions, etc.

The minimum budget for submitted proposals is set at €150,000.00 (including VAT).

The maximum budget of the submitted proposals is set at €500,000.00 (including VAT).

As an exception, a proposal may be submitted with a budget of up to €1,000,000.00 (including VAT) only in cases where the proposal concerns a continuous physical object (a rural road), operational and road safety reasons require its completion by this amount.

With the projects that will be co-financed, road safety and the uninterrupted movement of farmers and breeders to their holdings are ensured throughout the year.
