For the tenth edition, the Iguatemi shopping mall is holding its own gastronomic festival, Foodspot. The event is scheduled for this Saturday (17) and Sunday (18) in an open-air space in the shopping center, in the western region of São Paulo.
Around 25 renowned restaurants, snack bars and sweet shops create special recipes for up to R$40. Among them is Make Hommus. Not War, voted the best Arabic restaurant in Sheetand Tasca da Esquina, the best Portuguese.

Other participants are Casa Rios, Preto, Ama.zo, Jiquitaia, Holy Burger, Petí, Feriae, LosDos Cantina, Animus, Chocolat du Jour, Davvero Gelato, Navarro Cheesecake, Mil Confeitaria and MZP Marzipan.
The public will be able to try recipes such as fried gnocchi with parmesan fondue, confit tomato and basil (R$35), by chef Giovanna Grossi (Animus), and octopus rice with coconut milk, saffron, peas and cured Serra da Canastra cheese (R$40), created by chef Rodrigo Leite (Preto).
For drinks, there are options like the caju amigo (R$35), a classic drink at Jiquitaia. For dessert, suggestions like the mil-filhas from Mil Confeitaria, in flavors like vanilla and pistachio, for R$20.
In addition, the event’s program includes jazz and blues shows, cocktail workshops, performances by circus artists and, for children, workshops and a performance by The Beatles for Children.
Tickets are on sale at the venue for R$40. Children up to 12 years old go free.
