New revealing details about the unimaginable scenes that unfolded in the Halkidiki bar where guns were drawn between Bulgarians, is brought to light tonight by SKAI.

What dramatically unfolded last Friday night at the bar in Chanioti, Halkidiki, is described in the official reports of the Greek Police, where 2 characteristic passages stand out:

According to the EL.AS report, “Between the two groups was an uninvolved group of people, who had with them an infant lying in his pram. THE… (one of the accused) it is shown in the video that he has taken out a gun and is pointing it at the opposing team, while with the other hand he violently moves the stroller with the baby, causing his mother to panic.”

The second characteristic passage again refers to the action of one of the defendants: “He aggressively approaches a person, who is a kitchen employee, and breaks a plate in front of him. The kitchen employee took a knife from the kitchen with his hand, which he kept until the end of the episode.”

What happened? What caused it?

Police sources state that a total of 8 Bulgarian nationals who made up a group, went to the restaurant in order to cause a fight, to cause incidents. The same information sources note that the head of this group and the owner of the restaurantalso Bulgarian, in the past, they were friends and partners until their relationship broke down.

As a defense claim, the defense says that the Bulgarian nationals in question were in the area every day, went to the restaurant in question, were on friendly terms with the owner and that because they were late serving their children, they went to ask for the reason. One employee reacted violently and this caused the misunderstanding. In any case, as can be seen in the videos presented by SKAI in the previous days, pandemonium prevailed in this particular store, chairs were thrown while patrons left in fear. In fact, a total of 5 good guys who had taken over the “protection” of the store came to help. 2 of them used firearms, wounding 2 of the Bulgarians, one in the chest and the other in the arm.

The police have managed – according to information from SKAI – to identify 4 of the 5, against whom warrants have either already been issued or will be issued in the next few days.

Definitive lock on the beach bar of Halkidiki after the bloody episode

In its extraordinary meeting, the municipal committee of the Municipality of Kassandra decided unanimously her definitive removal of the operating license of the particular shop and its sealing.

By decision of the investigator Polygyros, the three Bulgarian nationals were released, who apologized today Monday for the shooting incident that occurred last Friday night at the beach bar in Hanioti, Halkidiki.

In particular, the 45-year-old was released without restrictive conditions, while the other two were released with a cash guarantee of 500 euros, which must be paid by August 26, as well as a ban on approaching the store and its owner, who is also Bulgarian.
