The Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, Vassilis Kikilias, refers to the thousands of volunteers of the Fire Brigade and Civil Protection “who prove every day in the field that volunteering is the new patriotism in our country”, in his post in “X”, and he emphasizes that “they are at every fire, in all parts of Greece, alongside our forest rangers and firefighters”.

Specifically, Mr. Kikilias underlines:

“In every fire, in all parts of Greece, next to our forest rangers and firefighters are the people who volunteer – of course after training – to fight in their country, who know it better than anyone, they hurt and care for it . We are proud of the thousands of volunteers of the Fire Brigade and Civil Protection who prove every day in the field that volunteering is the new patriotism in our country».
