The 44-year-old accused of repeatedly raping a 16-year-old girl in Colonos is sent to prison, after his confession to the 29th regular investigator.

The defendant for sexual violence against the minor, gave the judicial official his own version of what the victim complains, denying what is attributed to him.

According to information, the 44-year-old claims that he had a relationship with the victim for the last 2.5 months, a relationship which, as he told the court officer, was the reason his estranged wife left him. The accused reportedly states that the girl approached him about his son with whom she had a relationship. Along the way, however, according to the defendant, the 16-year-old wanted to be with him. It is even alleged that he characterized as his mistake, that he had not informed the minor’s father.

According to information, the 44-year-old asked the investigator to order the removal of the phone privacy in order to find the messages he had exchanged with the victim.

After the completion of the procedure, the investigator and the prosecutor assessed the seriousness of the acts attributed to the 44-year-old and decided that the accused should remain temporarily detained.

The apology was preceded by the statements of the boy’s son and girlfriend, as well as the defendant’s estranged wife, who were proposed by the 44-year-old as witnesses for his defense.
