Andravida: The detainee confessed to the quadruple murder

The operation and the impeccable cooperation of the police of Ilia and Achaia brought the desired result, and since last night the confessed murderer of the family of four in Andravida, is in the hands of the Authorities.

The man who was spotted driving a blue Mazda truck late on Friday night, on the Patras Perimeter Road, at the height of Pampelonisiakos, fell on one of the blocks set up by the police to locate him.

The 60-year-old was arrested without any resistance. Until dawn, he was interrogated by police officers of the Achaia Police Directorate, where according to information, he did not admit his horrible acts. Early this morning he was transferred to the Ilia Police Department, where the so-called butcher of Andravida finally confessed that he killed Armando and Maria Klotsi, as well as their two children, one and two years old.

The profile of the alleged perpetrator

The 60-year-old DB, a resident of Andravida, and father of two children, is the owner of the house where the Klotsi family lived. Residents’ testimonies speak of a tough man who had many times in the past shown extreme behaviors. In fact, as it became known, the 60-year-old had previously shot a fellow villager without any real reason.

The same testimonies state that recently, due to some financial difficulties, the couple had owed some rent to the perpetrator. The 60-year-old for this reason often and intensely quarreled with the murdered Armando Kloci.

Of course, it does not fit in the human mind that two people and their children were lost for some rent. For now, however, the details of the 60-year-old’s confession have not been made known.
