Increase in income
- Increase pensions based on inflation and GDP. The increase is estimated at 2.2% to 2.5%.
- Emergency financial support for pensioners with a personal difference. In December, aid will be paid to approximately 670,000 pensioners.
- Horizontal increase of salaries in the State, so that the introductory one does not fall short of the level of the minimum wage.

- VAT exemption for new buildings (extension in 2025).
- Removal of fixed telephony fee (5%) for optical fiber connections (≥100 mbps).
- Exemption from premium tax (15%) for health policies for children up to 18 years of age.
- Tax exemption of voluntary business benefits for new parents.
- 20% reduction in ENFIA for homes insured against natural disasters.
- Independent taxation of NHS doctors on call.
- Incentives for mergers and acquisitions.
- Reduction of stamp duties on a range of transactions.

- Renovation of old houses: A 400 million program for loans of up to 20,000 euros at zero interest, with the aim of energy upgrading thousands of old houses. Exemption from rent tax for 3 years for landlords who rent out properties or if they convert a short-term tenancy to a long-term one.
- “Cutter” on Airbnb: Prohibition of new short-term leases in the three central districts of Athens for at least one year.
- New end to platforms: New, increased fee for cross-platform contracts.
- “My House II”: A €2 billion program for more than 15,000 young people or couples up to the age of 50 to buy their first home at a lower than commercial interest rate.
- Interest rates: A 400 million euro program for loans of up to 20,000 euros at zero interest for the energy upgrade of old houses.
