The six alleged assailants were arrested for the brutal beating, which happened at noon on Tuesday and part of which was filmed
At least half an hour seems to have lasted the torture of the 15-year-old student who was constantly beaten by his peers in Evosmos resulting in him ending up in the hospital.
For the brutal beating, which happened at noon on Tuesday and part of which was filmed, the six alleged perpetrators were arrested and a case file was filed against them for the offenses of bodily harm to vulnerable persons and violation of personal data legislation. Then all of them were released.
In fact, according to the latest information from Voria.gr, two of them were classmates of the victim and have already changed their school environment. The remaining three perpetrators attend another school in the area.
The six lured the unfortunate 15-year-old to another place, outside the school, argued with him and a little later started beating him. Immediately after, the victim was taken to a city hospital where he was given first aid and left, his health not in danger.
“We were immediately aware of the incident. We quickly sent psychologists and social workers to the school and activated the 4-member violence management team,” the Regional Director of Education for Central Macedonia, Alexandros Koptsis, told Voria.gr.
As for the two classmates of the 15-year-old, he confirmed that “as of today they are attending another school.”
