Kyparissi abduction: Defendants received deadline to apologize on Thursday

On Thursday, the three accused for the abduction of businessman George Kyparissis will be brought before the investigator for their apologies.

The three asked for and received a deadline to prepare their apologies against the heaviest indictment that was formed against them for the long detention of the businessman that they released after the delivery of ransom.

Earlier o prosecuted them for a number of offenses.

Twelve accusations of criminal and misdemeanor degree are included in the prosecution brought by the Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance, Apostolos Andreou, against the 3 people who were arrested yesterday for the abduction of the businessman George Kyparissis.

The three arrested, two men and a woman, were taken to the Prosecutor’s Office for the case of the multi-day abduction of the businessman, who was released after paying a ransom.

Following the criminal prosecution, the 41-year-old, his 39-year-old partner and their 34-year-old friend are charged on a case-by-case basis for the following offenses:

– formation, integration and management of a criminal organization

-rapture

– blackmail together

-piracy by conspiracy

-Dangerous bodily harm in complicity and continuity

-intentional arson

– theft in collusion and on a continuous basis

-armament by conspiracy

-occupation jointly and separately

-distinguished possession of weapons by conspiracy

– counter-principle.

-violence against employees

The accused were taken to the investigator from whom they are expected to ask for a deadline for their apologies.
