Implementation:
- Rinse the rice: Start by rinsing the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. This will remove the excess starch and make the rice pudding creamier.
- Boil the rice: In a pot, add the rice and 1 ½ cups of water. Put the pot on medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until the water is absorbed and the rice is soft.

- Simmer the rice pudding: Once the milk starts to boil, lower the heat and let the rice pudding simmer for 20-25 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. If you want, you can add a little more milk if you prefer it more fluid.
- Cool and serve: After the rice pudding has become creamy and rich, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool. When it’s ready to serve, you can put it in a bowl and sprinkle it with cinnamon and chopped peanuts or almonds.
Tips:
