EL.AS forces and an EKAV ambulance rushed to the scene, but unfortunately it was too late
A tragedy occurred shortly after 12:00 noon today in Polichni, Thessaloniki, where a city bus ran over a pedestrian, resulting in a tragic death.
The accident happened under still unspecified circumstances, on Agios Antoniou Street, with a woman as a victim, according to grtimes.
EL.AS forces, an EKAV ambulance, and the Fire Department are rushing to the scene, as the first information indicates that the body of the unfortunate woman has been trapped.
According to rthess.gr, the woman was 78 years old. He was carried away by an OASTH bus, on line 35.

It is with deep sorrow that the OASTH informs about a traffic accident that occurred today, at approximately 12.10 noon, at the end of line 35, in Meteora, which claimed the life of a woman.
For reasons unknown so far, which are being investigated by the Traffic Directorate of Thessaloniki, tthe bus, which was stopped and stationary was movedmortally injuring the unfortunate woman who was passing by.
The OASTH expresses its dismay at the accident, expresses its deepest condolences to the relatives of the deceased and assures that it will facilitate in every way in clarifying the case.
