The new service was designed in the framework of the cooperation of the ministers of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou, Infrastructure and Transport Christos Staikouras and Interior Theodoris Livaniou.

Also, the required times are reduced, since the mailing of the paper application and the supporting documents from the K.E.P.s is abolished. to the Directorates of Transport and Communications and the bureaucracy is significantly reduced.
In more detail, the presentation of the following supporting documents is abolished:
- Technical inspection certificate in force (the inspection is done automatically by the platform and digital requests that do not meet the conditions are not allowed).
- Certificate of non-payment of traffic fees from the competent DOU (the check is done automatically by the platform and it is not allowed to submit digital requests that do not meet the conditions).

The certificate has the security features of gov.gr and the new owner of the vehicle can use it to insure and circulate within the Greek territory the vehicle under transfer for a period of thirty days.
