By Thursday, July 17, 2025, the platform for electronic submission of computerized bulletins will be open for admission to Higher Education and a Parallel IT Bulletin for Introduction to Public SAEK (formerly IEK).

Following the process of submitting the computerized, the road to the announcement of the entry bases will be paved by ending the anxiety of a total of 88,637 candidates who participated in the Pan-Hellenic, claiming one of the 68,788 positions available in higher education for the upcoming academic year 20.

As announced by the Minister of Education, Sofia Zacharakis, the announcement was made on Friday, July 25, 2025.

The first estimates

According to the data available so far, there are no special changes in the majority of cases.

In particular, it is estimated that the bases will move downhill in the 1st and 3rd scientific field (Humanities and Studies of Health), with a decline of 200 points and 50-150 points respectively.

Regarding the 2nd and 4th Scientific Field (Positive Studies and Economics and Informatics), the bases are expected to move upward, with a rise of 150-200 points.

Excludes competitive schools of the 2nd Field, which are expected to grow greater in their admission bases.

10 + 1 basic information to complete the computer

1. Entrance to the platform. For entry into the platform (Michanografiko.it.minedu.gov.gr), candidates should use their personal security code they have already acquired. There they can select the IT (MS) for admission to higher education and/or the Parallel IT (IMF) for introduction to public SAEK.

2. Time for processing. Candidates can start the test (temporary) supplementation of the computer, but without finalizing it, so they can make changes. Candidates have the opportunity to visit as often as they want the application and to modify the electronic newsletter until it is submitted (finalization).

3. Attention to the deadline for submission. The deadline for submitting a computer and parallel computer (until midnight on 17 July 2025 at 23:59) is exclusive and after its expiry, no computer bulletin will be able to be finalized, nor changed in the preferences of the departments and their order.

4. Acquisition of a security code. Candidates who did not get a security code can contact their high school during scheduled on -call days. Candidates who do not remember the personal code they had already acquired at their school can either apply to their high school or alternatively -and if they had stated personal mail when acquiring the Password -, set a new security code through the implementation of the computer bulletin, with the “Forgotten Security Code” option.

5. Statement of Departments. Candidates can declare as many departments as they wish, even all, from those displayed in their computer bulletin and included in one (1) specific scientific field, depending on the orientation group in which it was examined nationwide.

6. Which candidates can submit a computer report for admission to higher education. Candidates are involved in the selection process for admission to higher education, only if they have achieved in the nationwide exams equal to or greater than the minimum entry base for special/music courses or practical tests per school, section or introductory, Department or Introductory Direction (EBE of School, Department or Introductory).

In particular, for admission to a certain school, department or introductory direction are taken into account in order:

(a) the EBE of the Special Course or Special Course or Music Courses or Practical Tests by School, Department or Introductory, if such a case is fulfilled,

b) EBE per school, department or introductory direction and

(c) All the molecules gathered by the candidate from the Pan -Hellenic Courses and the Graduates of the Gravity for each School, Department or Introductory Direction of the relevant Scientific Field (OP).

7. Candidates will not be able to be entered in a section for which they did not preference. If a candidate is introduced into more than one sections than he had declared, based on his or her molecules, he will be introduced to what he has stated with an earlier preference. The order of his preferences should express his true desire, that is, first to indicate the section he really wishes to be introduced, no matter what the number of his molecules, and then the rest.

8. Preference number: Counting preferences should be continuous, starting with number 1.

9. Finalization, printing and storage of computerized. Candidates are suggested to print and/or store the submitted finalized computer (which will have automatically acquired protocol) on their computer so that they can see their final preferences at any time. It is important for candidates to register schools in which they have achieved the minimum entry base (EBE), but without focusing exclusively on their total molecules or last year’s bases – factors that change each year. On the contrary, it is proposed to prepare for alternative scenarios, carefully examining schools that may not be their first choice initially, but have remarkable prospects and opportunities for development.

10. Information in High Schools. For any information, support, and even computer use that may not have, candidates will be able to contact their high schools, which will be open on the days with the scheduled on -call high school.

11. What is true of repetitive exams. To participate in the selection process for admission to higher education, candidates should have participated in the Pan -Hellenic Exams 2025 in at least two of the orientation group courses they have chosen. Candidates who have been referred to the September’s repeat exams will obtain a personal password and submit a computer after the repeat exams.

It is worth noting that for any information, support, and even computer use that may not have, candidates will be able to contact their high schools, which will be open at least during the days with the scheduled on -calls of each high school.
