For October 31, the trial of the 11 accused former and current MPs of the party “Spartans”who are accused of defrauding the electorate with Ilias Kasidiaris as the moral perpetrator.

A lawyer is also sitting in the dock with them, who is accused of complicity in the crime.

The court did not accept the adjournment requests submitted by three MPs, two because they wanted to attend the Parliament and the third because of the obstruction of his lawyer, and decided to stop the proceedings.

The doomed for the Golden Dawn, Ilias Kasidiariswho received a 7-day leave from Domoko prisons was present during the proceedings.

In his written statement he states:

“I wish the present trial to be held immediately, because the charge in question is highly offensive to my personality. I always proceed on the basis of justice and truth and I stand before the court to restore my honor and reputation.”

Criminal proceedings had been brought against the defendants for defrauding the electorate, on the occasion of public statements by the president of the “Spartiates” party Vasilis Stiga about Don Corleone and Greek mafia.
