The 50-year-old was found guilty by a majority of the horrific charges against him – The young lady’s descriptions are shocking
The 50-year-old father accused of sexually abusing and exploiting his daughter when she was 15 sat in the dock of the Mixed Jury of Eastern Crete today.
The 50-year-old father was found guilty by a majority by the appellate court for the heinous charges attributed to him (sexual abuse, human trafficking, etc.) and was sentenced to a total of 17 years in prison.
Cretalive.gr, which reported on the case when the girl, now an adult, decided to seek the help of the authorities and put an end to “her nightmare”, describes how the girl was raped by her father who threatened her that he would kill her if she revealed their “secret” promising not to bother her again.
Three months later he raped her again and this was now happening on a regular basis, he started handing her out to various Heraklionites for a fee.
The statement with “the names and addresses” that she had given to the Police, in the presence of a psychologist, by the 22-year-old girl today, sent the 50-year-old to trial again today.
The girl had described in chilling detail how the father “offered” her to an elderly businessman for a fee.
The sufferer claims that the father forced her to meet the old man on a daily basis, while she drank alcohol and used drugs to suppress her reaction.
According to the same report, the father began to widen the circle of men to whom he would release his minor daughter.
In her testimony, the complainant also referred extensively to the bad childhood years she had lived, describing, among other things, that the 50-year-old beat her, put out cigarettes on her throat, put her, her brother and her mother on their knees for hours or forced them to to carry boxes of cement on their backs, forbidding them to put them down.
