The commander of DYPA, Spyros Protopsaltisstated:

The results of the survey confirm that the steps we have taken in recent years, to implement effective actions and provide modern services, similar to the European Public Employment Services, have paid off and have a substantial impact. From the beginning, we set as our primary goal the change of citizens’ perception, as recorded by a previous corresponding survey (OAED 2019), so that we do not operate as a bureaucratic organization providing benefits, but as an organization that invests in people and has at its core the work. Now, in the minds of citizens, DYPA is clearly associated with employment, skills, digital transformation and extroversion. The results of the survey are for us a vote of confidence in our work. They give us strength and fill us with feelings of satisfaction, but above all responsibility. The analysis of the conclusions will help us to proceed with the same commitment to the implementation of our strategic planning, to develop new initiatives and to provide constantly innovative tools that will respond to the needs of the labor market, making DYPA the most powerful, reliable and an effective ally of the country’s human resources and businesses for the realization of their goals».
