Adelaide Bar

The bar founded in Jaú, in the interior of São Paulo, celebrates its first anniversary in the capital by launching a menu with five caipirinhas signed by renowned bartenders. Among them, Márcio Silva, from Exímia, created a cocktail with the house’s own cachaça, mint, Tahiti lemon and angostura (R$ 30). From Jiquitaia, Nina Bastos presents a combination of house cachaça, Tahiti lemon and cashew (R$ 30).

Dalva and Dito

Away from the kitchens after leaving Komah, which he founded, chef Paulo Shin prepares a dinner with Korean recipes alongside Alex Atala. This Saturday (26), the duo serves a typical meal with banchans, as the side dishes are called. In the main stage, diners have three meats available — smoked and peppered pork ribs, cured picanha with a sweet touch and chicken stuffed with glutinous rice — to assemble into bundles with the banchans, like kimchi. The combination of South Korea and Brazil will also be present in the drinks created for the occasion.

Emiliano

The restaurant, on the ground floor of the luxury hotel of the same name, changed its menu after the arrival of chef Viviane Gonçalves, from the now extinct ChefVivi. There, she adds Brazilian touches to dishes with international influences. For starters, a suggestion is asparagus served with almond sauce and sherry vinegar and pears cooked in butter, which have a sweet touch of vanilla (R$80). Next, the rack of lamb is accompanied by northeastern couscous and dry okra, plus broccoli (R$ 198). A vegetarian option, the roasted cauliflower arrives accompanied by yam puree, carrots, leeks and green leaves (R$ 96). Among the desserts, the traditional mille-feuille (R$45) is made with crunchy walnuts and ginger whipped cream.
