Nude photos and videos of a 14-year-old girl were possessed by minors, trying to sell this material to their classmates. They had also put a price list on the pornographic material in their possession, as they requested 5 euros for each photo and video.

The case reached the audience of the Single Member Juvenile Court of Thessaloniki, which found guilty three young defendants for the acts of supplying, possessing and attempting to sell child pornography material at the expense of a minor (under 15 years old). The Court imposed, on each, the reformative measure of entrusting their guardianship to community service for 6 months.

According to what became known, the high school student’s “nightmare” began when a stranger – to her – by penetrating an online application where students were chatting, managed to obtain a photo of the girl. With a fake profile, the man in question, aged 26 today – who was sentenced last March to 10 years in prison by the Criminal Court of Thessaloniki – began threatening her that he would make her a “robe at school” if she did not send more photos. In fact, he allegedly guided the minor “like a director of pornographic films, asking for specific poses”, as the district attorney commented at the time.

Bowing to blackmailthe girl sent him other photos and videos, material which eventually came into the possession of a minor, a friend of the 14-year-old and one of the three defendants above, who – in turn – began threatening her that he would expose her on the internet, asking and other personal photos of her.

The minor did not give in this time, but in the meantime an unspecified number of files capturing the 14-year-old reached the mobile phone devices of the other two defendants – and among them a classmate of the victim – who attempted to sell the material in question to the school community, for a financial in exchange for 5 euros (for each file), but prospective buyers refuse to buy it.
