The time when the bomb would be planted, but not the place, seems to have been determined by counter-terrorist investigations, from the evidence gathered after the explosion in the apartment in Vineyards.

According to his report the operation to place the bomb would take place on Thursday night, towards Friday morning.

According to information, the 30-year-old wanted woman, who left for Switzerland two days before the explosion, gave clear instructions to her partner. “You’re going to drop off the keys on Thursday afternoon,” was her instruction.

According to the estimates of the counter-terrorist people, her escape two days earlier than the planned bomb attack, was intended to create an alibi for her, as well as her partner.

The 36-year-old, who died in the explosion, was said to be the one who had gradually transported the parts and materials for the construction of the explosive device.

At the time of the explosion, the 36-year-old was reportedly fitting the final components to the bomb.

The goal, however, of the “Arcadia group”, as the police call it, remains unknown. Investigations have focused on the digital evidence that has been collected. In the wider area of the apartment, however, there are many embassies and police targets.

At the Anti-Terrorist Office they believe that the four involved in the case so far, namely the 36-year-old dead, the 33-year-old injured, the 31-year-old and another woman who is allegedly outside Greece and is wanted, are members of a larger group and are looking to find evidence to locate the rest of its members.
