Dimitris Souras was taken to the Metropolitan Hospital a few days ago where the doctors fought to keep him alive but unfortunately they did not succeed.
In a post left behind by a psychiatrist, he says goodbye to those who loved him in a touching message.

He was born in 1952 in Volos, where he remained until he was 18 years old. He then studied at the Medical School and specialized in Psychiatry in various hospitals in Athens and abroad (Italy, France, America). He worked as a private psychiatrist-psychotherapist for the last 40 years, he was the director of the Psychiatric Clinic of the Metropolitan Hospital and the psychiatrist in charge of the Onassii Cardiac Surgery Center in matters of pre-transplant control. He was married to Eleni Marouda and together they had a daughter, Niki.
