Martin Carbon
Winner of MasterChef Profissionais 2022, chef Diego Sacilotto has just opened his own bar in Santana, a neighborhood where other of his restaurants are located. The inspiration is Argentine: t-shirts from Buenos Aires teams and pictures of personalities such as Maradona decorate the walls of the room, and grilled meats are a highlight of the food menu, as well as the empanadas that come out of the oven every hour and rotate around the room on a baking sheet. On the alcoholic side, there are classic cocktails, such as the negroni (R$40), and others that are less well-known, such as the Cynar Julep (R$45), a drink made with Cynar 70 aperitif, sugar syrup, Tahiti lemon, grapefruit and mint .
