ELAS, following a relevant order of the Athens District Attorney’s Office, released the identity information and photographs of 13 people, members of a criminal organization, which committed thefts and robberies in houses in areas of Attica.
A criminal prosecution was brought against them for, as the case may be, the formation and membership of a criminal organization, management of a criminal organization, aggravated theft, committed and attempted, by two or more perpetrators, who had organized for the purpose of committing theft and commit theft by profession, with total value of the removed items, which exceeds the amount of 120,000 euros, jointly and as a consequence, of robbery with complicity, of money laundering from criminal activities, with the object of money laundering coming from the felony of article 374 of the Criminal Code. and from culprits who carry out such activities professionally, jointly and alone, as a follow-up.
