Land Registry: How the circuit operated with the 45 fillet properties on the islands

Exactly 45 properties-fillets in Hook, Hydra and Spetses they were allegedly eyed by sharpshooters who attempted to pass them off as their own at Land registerciting usage. It is mainly about forest and agricultural lands total area over 550 acres on the three islands of Argosaronic.

First on the list is a plot of land of 38.4 acres on the island of Agistrio and specifically in Panikoteza area in a vast rural area near the All Saintswhile a second plot of land of approx 30 acres.

According to his information the “mastermind” of the alleged fraud had provided certificates of use for at least 5 scattered plots in east side of Agistrio to Little Dragonesseven on the beach.

Kyranakis: “This is how we identified the offenders”

The “bell” in the control mechanisms rang when a resident of Northern Greece began to claim huge lands on the three very expensive islands, presenting sworn certificates of ownership from the other two witnesses also from Northern Greece. In the case of the Argosaronic islands, the declared 550,000 square meters appeared suspicious in the control system, hence the warning signal.

At the same time, Mr. Kyranakis noted that this is a ring accused of fraud and forgery regarding land registration. In fact, he clarified that “the same strict penalties that have been passed will be applied, which are from 5 to 10 years for felony fraud and, if public property is also involved, then they range from 10 to 20 years in prison.”

It is recalled that on Friday morning both the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance and the president of the legal entity under public law “Hellenic Land Registry” Stylianos Sakaretsiossubmitted to Areo Pago complaint against said circuit that may be related to the case.
