The new Ford Capri is available on the Greek car market in the richly equipped Style and Premium versions, with one or two electric motors and two battery options (Standard or Extended Capacity)
The new all-electric Ford Capri excelled once again, recently achieving their highest rating five stars in the context of another round of tests recently carried out by the Euro NCAP organization, which evaluates overall and individual sectors the safety provided by vehicles in Europe.
More specifically, the new Ford Capri demonstrated extremely high performance in all individual test stages, which best reflects the advanced and practical active and passive safety technologies that equip the vehicle in all its available versions.
As a result, the new Ford Capri received a rating 89% and 86% for the protection it provides to adult passengers and children, respectively. In addition, for vulnerable road users such as pedestrians and cyclists, the score rose to 80%while in the category of evaluating the performance of assistance and safety systems, the new Ford Capri scored a score 72%.

According to Euro NCAP, the performance of the new Ford Capri’s advanced Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) system proved to be highly adequate in terms of its reaction to other vehicles, with unwanted collisions avoided in most test scenarios carried out. The independent body also praised the standard seat belt reminder system in the front and rear seats, as well as the driver condition monitoring system, which detects driver fatigue. At the same time, the lane support system smoothly corrects the vehicle’s course when the latter tends to leave its lane and intervenes effectively in more critical situations. Finally, the speed assistance system of the new Ford Capri precisely determines the relevant limits, with the driver being able to seamlessly choose the automatic setting of Adaptive Cruise Control or the speed limiter at any time.
A Ford Capri for every requirement and need
The new purely electric Ford Capri is available in Greece in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and four-wheel drive (AWD) versions. In the first case, the compact and advanced electric motor with an output of 170 hp and a torque of 310 Nm is combined with a battery of Standard Capacity (Standard Range) of 52 kWh that offers a range of up to 393 km (WLTP). Alternatively, the RWD version is also available with an engine output of 286 hp and 545 Nm, which is supported by a 77 kWh Extended Range battery, which in turn ensures a class-leading range of up to 627 km (WLTP).
The four-wheel drive version of the new Ford Capri has two electric motors, one on each axle, with a combined output of 340 hp and 545 Nm of torque. The necessary electricity is provided by the largest Extended Range battery of 79 kWh, which ensures the new Ford Capri a range of up to 592 km (WLTP).
