According to top parliamentary sources, last Monday November 18, a police officer reported her husband, a member of parliament, for domestic violence.
He was arrested with the Autoforos procedure and on the 19th of the month he was expelled from the Parliament.
On November 20, he was sentenced to one year in prison with a suspended sentence.
According to the same sources, he then threatened suicide, and was transferred to the military psychiatric hospital.
Then his wife added to the complaint sexually abusing their four children and the rest of the preliminary investigation process was activated.
The children had been removed from the family from the first moment of the complaint.
The policeman has served in Parliament since 2019.
According to the same information, his license to possess a weapon had been revoked for psychological reasons.
