Extension for Corfu, Thesprotia, Crete
There was a significant increase in the rate of submission of land registration declarations in the Regional Units of Corfu, Thesprotia, Chania, Rethymno and Northern Heraklion during the month of November, as stated in a relevant update, with the result that the percentage of completed declarations in these areas fluctuates on average above 40 %.
Taking into account the declarations with missing supporting documents, the total percentage of the registered declarations amounts to a percentage marginally above 55%.
In addition, it is noted that the Hellenic Land Registry, “fully understanding the response of the citizens to the State’s call for participation in the land registration process, proceeds with the decision the Land Registry Offices of the above Regional Units, as well as the digital application dilosi.ktimatologio.gr to accept new land registry declarations until Friday, December 20, 2024».
It is clarified that the possibility of submitting declarations through the digital application dilosi.ktimatologio.gr remains valid, “even if some supporting documents are missing, subject to the commitment that they will be submitted in a reasonable time, which will be announced on December 21” .
