My principals respected the right to remain silent and did not apologize, in fact they were fired temporary prisoners of course with the concurrence of the investigator and the Prosecutor, a development which from a procedural point of view was absolutely predictable.

They declared their innocence and reserved to give the necessary explanations to the investigating authorities when the contribution of all the material by the police authorities is completed in case there are additional documents in the case file.

They questioned the conclusions of the reports that are in the file and so we submitted a request for the appointment of an expert on the matter of the genetic material found concerning the first of my principals, the 56-year-old father.

Also, regarding the father, we submitted a request for electronic monitoring which was not accepted but I want to say that he is dealing with a very serious health issue. He had open heart surgery in April and already has two arteries in his heart 90% blocked. I pointed out this fact to both the chief investigator and the chief prosecutor. At this stage it was decided that this problem can be dealt with inside the prison but I had to warn in case there is any unpleasant development in his health I think that either at this stage or in the next the wristband is enough to ensure his presence and in the interrogation and in court if referred.
