Preparing Christmas dinner is a task that requires planning, as it is usually laborious and takes time. To make life easier for São Paulo residents, restaurants and rotisseries offer complete meals for up to 15 people and à la carte dishes on occasion.

The Instituto Jô Clemente brand prepares food to suit those with dietary restrictions, with gluten-free and lactose-free options and ingredients such as nuts. Emporium Aguzzo

The address focuses on dishes to be finished at home. On the menu, there are nine types of artisanal pasta, such as tortelli stuffed with ricotta and gorgonzola cheese (R$ 150 per kg) and spinach gnocchi (R$ 105 per kg), which can be combined with 13 sauces (from R$ 28; 250 g), such as black truffles, seafood and parmesan fonduta. Il Pastaio

Oui with Uai

The house mixes French and Minas Gerais cuisine. The specialty is pies and quiches. For Christmas, there are flavors such as cod quiche with baroa potato puree, carrots, spices and olives (R$ 257, serves six people), ham roast for eight hours (R$ 157 for a large) and porto belo mushrooms ( R$ 147 for large). Here, dinner has a Spanish accent.
