The new online service puts an end to a long-term inconvenience for millions of insured Electronic National Social Security Agency (e-EFKA) “Find out where you belong”, according to an announcement of the institution.
With the new application, each insured person can locate electronically, validly and easily, the competent Local Address to which he belongs and to which he must address, based on a Postal Code or Address. In this way, as pointed out in the announcement, thousands of visits to wrong services are eliminated, due to lack of information of the citizens, but also of the employees themselves, who referred the citizens to wrong service points.
The application of territorial responsibilities is available on the website of the institution (www.efka.gov.gr) at (https://www.efka.gov.gr/mathepouanikeis.php).
At the same time, e-EFKA notes that this new electronic service follows the completion of the establishment of the 117 new Local Directorates of e-EFKA that operate as single points of service for all insured and retirees of the institution.
