The time is ticking down until the case file is completed and made its way to the prosecutor in the case of the death of little Panagiotakis who passed away on August 5, 2024 under unspecified circumstances.

As had first revealed, the infant’s toxicological tests had come out “clean”, while the histopathological tests are expected to be released from day to day, which, as experts estimate, in combination with the toxicological tests, will shed light on the causes of death.

He spoke exclusively to the mother of Panagiotis which claims that the baby was healthy and nothing foreshadowed what will follow. Even Popi for the first time keeps her distance from her Irini Murtzoukou and as he typically says, if it turns out that Irene has harmed her child, she will kill her with her own hands.

I am only asking for justice for my Panagiotis and I am fighting for it. Every day I anxiously call my lawyer Tasso Duga to see if the results of the histological tests are out and to find out why my child passed away so suddenly.
For me at the moment everyone is suspect even Irene and if it turns out that she has harmed my child I will kill her with my own hands I will not wait for anything… I will find her wherever she is.
That morning I found my Panagiotis unconscious with his tongue out bruised on his cheek and his little head turned to the side.
He got me crazy, I was screaming and shouting… then Irini took him in her arms and tried to massage him.
Panagiotis was a healthy child, he had no health problems.
He had done my vaccinations his tests all.
He was a happy smiling child. No logical explanation can be given to all that has happened, every day that passes is much more difficult.
Inside I think I know what happened and my little angel is gone, but I don’t want to say anything publicly

The lawyer of the mother of the little Panagiotakis, who is running the whole process and talks about the course of the case, also spoke to skai.gr.

Listen to the audio of the lawyer of Panagiotakis’ mother, Tassos Douga:

According to a high-ranking ELAS officer, it is only a matter of time before Irini Mourtzoukou, who is the common denominator in the case of the dead babies in Amaliada and Achaia, is summoned to testify. “Mourtzuku is considered a key person in the case and that’s why she will be summoned last,” he emphasizes.
So far in the homicide file there are more than 30 reports of which 7-8 are considered serious while the file will be closed with the results of the infant’s tests.
