by

The small mobility vehicle has created a new category in the market through its distinctive features: accessibility (from the age of 16 in Greece) and price, compact dimensions that facilitate driving and parking, while it can comfortably carry two people. Its charging is simplified, as in just three hours through a normal / household socket 220V regains its full autonomy, while the protection it offers from bad weather conditions and accidents is particularly important, while having a lovable personality.

The Citroën Ami is a really popular phenomenon, which could also be described as a premium gadget. This is reflected in the great response of the Greek buying public, which within a few months has exceeded all expectations. The success of Ami in Europe, with over 14,000 orders from the first moment of its presentation with 80% of the customers being new to Citroën.

An entire ecosystem was developed specifically for Ami, which includes a fully digital customer journey, from online discovery to purchase and delivery. Equally important are the test drives on offer, along with the distribution channels / Citroën dealerships that reach an extremely flattering number. Even more flattering is the starting price of the vehicle which amounts to € 6,500 with the state subsidy program of the Second Action Cycle “I move Electricly”, while for young people under 29 the state subsidy increases by € 1,000 and the final price of the vehicle does not exceed € 5,500!

Ami is 100% electric, therefore it protects the environment, it is quiet and at the same time pleasant to operate. In fact, moving around the city is a game, since it is only 2.41 meters long and the turning circle has a diameter of 7.2 meters. Inside we find two seats and a comfort with the spacious cabin to provide the best security. Its closed cabin offers protection from the weather, while with the heating system, it is suitable for use even when it is cold enough.

The available colors for the body, the 6 sets of colored accessories and the suggestions for personalization, challenge those interested to play, combining different elements and making their own Ami.
In France, it is allowed to use it from the age of 14, while those aged 16 and over can use it in most European countries. Whether one has a driver’s license or not, Ami is for everyone.

The small 5.5 kWh battery allows the Ami to travel -according to the factory- for almost 75 kilometers, while charging is done through a household socket, which is integrated in the car body. The full charge time is about 3 hours and it should be noted that the maximum speed it can develop is 45 km / h.
