The accused, two 17-year-olds, were found in a health care store, where a high school dance party was taking place
Two minors were handcuffed for violating the legislation on addictive substances on the afternoon of December 20, 2024 in the area of Halkidiki, following an organized police operation by police officers of the Drug Enforcement Team of the Polygyro Crime Investigation and Prosecution Department.
Appropriate use of information was preceded, regarding minors who traffic drugs during parties. In this context, the defendants, two 17-year-olds, were located in a health care store, where a high school students’ prom was taking place, and quantities of cocaine were found in their possession.
In particular, from the searches carried out as well as from their possession, a total of the following were found and seized:
- 6 packages of cocaine (clips), total weight 5.4 grams,
- the sum of 1,060 euros and
- 2 mobile phones.
Also, a local man, father of a 17-year-old, and a foreign woman, German citizen, mother of the second 17-year-old, were arrested for neglecting to supervise a minor.
